I have never used ACTIONS and was curious if anyone does? If so, do you know of any "Free" actions that might be available? Thanks!

Hi Erin,

For some things i have some actions. I have to say i use Adobe Lightroom for my photo work and i have got some presets. And yes, some are downloaded and some are made by myself. Maybe i will release some if there is some intrest in...

But for the Photoshop part, i do not have expirience with that... other then some free ones which i got passed by, by a friend :)

Greetings,
Roy

True! But the best action is to create a image yourself.

When i am shooting, i am always thinking about what i want to create. And thats the way i want to edit the image.

So i really do not use actions in Photoshop, or presets in Lightroom, except General Sharpening but i created that myself as well :)

Greetings,

(Back from holiday) Roy

I still haven't found an action to download for photoshop elements 10 - and LOL at creating one myself - as if I would even know where to start. ;)

Hi Erin,

Skip this for now. Check out your other post. I replied to that. Please read that and forget actions and stuff for now.

Greetings,
Roy

I use Actions for my watermark. It is actually really simple once you get into it. Actions are great if there are certain tasks you add to most of your photos. Here is a tutorial on how to create a watermark and record it as an "action."
