LOL yeah, the phone was such a shame in this shot =p I was just passing by at this time so it wasn't really a planned shot so her phone was still with her. I should have noticed that on the spot before LOL

If you wanted to balance it better I would dodge the people and burn the background. The brightest areas always attract the eyes more vs dark areas.
