Bode-Museum, Berlin von Olaf Kleemeyer auf Flickr

You see one of the most famous museums in Berlin, Germany. It is located at the so called "Museums-Insel" (Museum Island), where other museums can be found as well (e.g. Pergamon-Museum). On the left, you see the Berlin "Fernsehturm" (Television-Tower).

I love this photo, excellent work! my only criticism (very, very minor) is that the top of the antenna on the left is cut off at what seems to be close to the top, maybe keeping that in the photo would have been good depending on how much taller it is. very minor though. awesome work! i also really like how you completely filled the frame

Thank you, Tim. You know what? It took me a pretty long time to make up my mind, how to compose this photo. There were many pros and cons, I had to consider: The tower on the left is really high. So getting it fully in frame would have meant to use a lower angle (35mm or even less). But then, some disturbing trees on the left or some building cranes on the right would be in the frame. Also a lot more water would be seen, which isn´t really interesting, isn´t it? So yes, I filled the frame - at the cost of the top of the Teli-Tower. So it´s sort of a compromise :-)

A lot of life is compromise. After hearing all of the other variable sin this shot I definitely understand why you shot it the way you did and it turned out great.
