How can I take these to the next level? Be it in camera or in lightroom.

Hi there,

The only tips i can give you are there..

Watch your focus... concentrate on what you want to shoot, if you are shooting multiple people, you have to bump up the aperture...

And you can do something with lightning. The shots are looking too light in my opinion.. maybe you are off with your metering, its difficult to meter in these bright places with a lot of white reflecting space..

What you also can do, is take close up shots... just to make people wonder what he is doing or what he is thinking... it will take some practise but i think its worth it.

Good luck on it.

Greetings,
Roy
