ok, so a friend's mom referred me to her friend for the quinceanera...their on a tight budget & im of course no professional...the mom saw some of my people/event photos and contacted me out of the blue

i of course have a few questions & concerns as to what it takes to capture the right shots & make this 1st quinceaera come out great & lead to more work in the future

here a list of my gear

-canon 7d
-35L
-85 1.8
-28-135 kit lens
-580exII
-430exII x2
-white umbrella x2 w/ stands
-5n1 reflector
----im thinking about renting a 70-200 f2.8 for some indoor zoom shots, as i dont want to be intrusive to the party

what adive/tips do you professionals with quinceanera experience have for a 1st time shooter at this type of event?

is there anything in particular i should be aware of/concerned about?

is my gear sufficient for this event?

how do suggest getting those family/court photos done quickly & accurately?

any misc ideas/tips i should keep in mind during the event?

thanks
