Hey I haven't shared any phtos for awhile. I'm out in the prairies working with bees.

It's like fishing with the right final image in mind.
-The first thing I do is take a series of test shots until I get the right depth of field and motion blur. In this case I pushed my D7100 to the limit.
-Once I had my settings, I framed the shot so my background would be nice and the distance to where the bees were likely to fly was ball park.
-Also I used an upward firing flash to make it a bit more hmmm glowy :P
-Then I fired about 1000 shots, brought it home and cleaned up the best photo with a combination of photoshop and lightroom

I'd like to see somebody else stop a single bee, mid flight in focus with a DoF a few mm deep in less than 500 photos
