Folder contains no images error
"folder contains no images".
I checked google and found the problem but no real solutions that worked.
The SDcard I pulled and tried in my wifes point and shoot Canon and it works fine. I tried to reset the Nikon but it didnt appear to actually reset the camera.
I contacted Nikon and got the same tips...I responded back telling them I have tried all they suggested....and I havent heard back yet.
Any help would be great...I start my photo group/class Tuesday...and looks like I wont be going with my Nikon....first time with one and I get a turd...love my luck lol.
Try to format the SD card through the menu of the camera.. maybe that works...
P.s. Memory card locked? There is a little lever on the card which might be on locked..
Is your camera recognising the card? Do you have tried another card?
Very odd i have to say. Did you bought it at a camera store or did you bought it online?
I feel very sorry for you. I really don't know what to say. Does the camera shoot when you connect it thethered (hehe) to the computer?
Did you dit a factory default on the camera? Formatted the card on the computer to FAT instead of NTFS (Dont format to NTFS)..
And the other option.. send it back.. if you got it new by a store, then just send it back. If you bought it online and its second hand.. try to get your money back through your payment method..
Someone mentioned maybe its in Demo mode? I have no clue on that....Im looking at sending it back...its a referb...wife never has had an issue with referb..I try it once and all hell breaks loose lol. I think I can get it replaced with the same kind or something else...pretty sure its a 30 day return.
But you can always try..
BTW, a call to Nikon done?
