It appears that virtually all lenses have a sweet spot. When the sweet spot is referred to is it the same for DX (cropped cameras) and FX ( full frame cameras)? For example, if the sweet spot reference for a lens is a focal length 35-50 through most f stops is it focal length 23-33 to meet the equivalent of a FX camera (35-50) or 53-75 (the 1.5 crop) focal length for DX? Or perhaps is it the same regardless of camera type?

Thanks. What got me was that in the metadata it reads different. For example, on one line it reads 'focal length 50mm' and on the next line it reads 'focal length 35' 75mm.
