I don't know, to me there is to much shadow and not enough sunrise. I know this is a sunrise, but I see to many similar sunsets that are like this and really doesn't have that "wow" factor.

Perhaps having some detail in the shadows would help some.

because you are doing a silhouette, the buildings look like crop boxes.
The shot would improve without the buildings and with more focus on the sky

hmmm I have something like this but my focus was off :C this is the framing i'd go for though
