I don't know why you needed ISO 3200, perhaps you forgot to change it. The foreground subject seems a bit soft and more focus in the background which you perhaps wanted. Your contrast is to harsh. If you look at this image on a histogram your blacks would be clipping or lost, there is little or no detail.

I don't know that i like the crop of the foreground person

I was playing with my camera walking down the street and it was at 3200 at the split moment he rode by so I took the shot. I did want the background more in focus and I shouldn't have named the pic "Bike" because that just confuses it a little I think. And my exact same thoughts about the crop. I think is pushed too far right (pinch out of composition). And I might have overdone the contrast, so I'll keep that in mind. Thanks.
