Overall I like them. Although the second one could be a tad brighter, maybe try shutter dragging (1/125, 1/60 or maybe slower) to pick up some ambient light.

I could easily add some light to the 2nd image, but chose to keep the lighting a bit low, accentuating the Iris and maintaining the greenery in a subtle, subdued green

Like said before, the second could use a little kick. Maybe try to get a slower shutter speed to catch some light. Maybe you can sort it out in your post-processing..

The first one, looks nice and sharp, but in my opinion i would frame it like the whole flower is in the frame..
