Hi Tedder,

Welcome on the forum.

The first picture looks a bit blurry, but maybe thats the conversion of the forum. I like the idea with the train and the bridge as a silhouet.

Picture 2 is your winner shot, i like that one. Its a bit dark in my opinion, but it looks solid and good.

The thirth picture does not work for me. The colors are nice though, the person who is not sharp does not work for me, and i would have framed the whole tree.. but thats my style of photography.

Well, welcome on the forum, i hope to see more of your images :)

Greetings,
Roy

Hi Roy, Tank you very much for your critiques.

The pictures do look a bit blurry on the forum, I reload the first picture again see if any better.

The third picture, I included the running person trying to add some dynamics element to the picture, but it seems not work very well. I do have a version with the tree only.

Tedder

Hi there!

Do you have a Flickr account? Or any other photo hosting account? You may have these hyperlinked in your posts by way of those host sites. May give more clarity on your photos plus it is best if you do so to save file space on the forum's server

I like the second shot (from your first post), too! Nicely shot; I might want to see it better taken as landscape than portrait, but still good nonetheless.

If you wanted to add some dynamics, it might have worked in the first photo with the bridge and the train passing. Though I am not sure... just saying that may have been an option if you wanted to add something similar to the running person. :)

Keep up the good shooting my friend!

Hi there Tedder...

I was just looking for the words, and i couldnt find it what i miss in your images..

I miss sharpness. If i look around on your Flickr page. The other images from "China - Xinjiang 2011" are much more sharp and crisp..

Well, i don't want to knock you down on the images. But these don't work for me except the second one in your first post.

But hey! Keep on going! Its just my opinion. Keep on going and create the images. I am curious on what you are creating so i will follow you on Flickr.

Greetings.
Roy
