Damn I really like the hmmmmm drama and punch in this photo. Nice lighting on the trees and nice job capturing cloud cover.

there is something about the foreground flat grass that I dont like.
the top 9/10ths of the photo says natures power, the bottom 1/10th says dirty humans

but its a shot of a human made valley so I guess its a nice blend

also your ultra wide does a nice job keeping lines straight, what did you shoot with?

A canon Rebel T3i at 18mm. lol, its not dirty or messy people, its just stuff from the trees around falling. oh, one other note, this is a par 4, about 280 yards or so, which I was on the green in one and 4 putted

I tried to golf once... and used the wrong handed clubs. I did not get it on the green in one swing 0.o

Theres a huge drop off, atleast 100 feet if not more at the end of the tee boxes and I actually hit one straight. This is IS RATED one of the best scenic holes in Wisconsin, and even better in fall. I wanted to check, it is a 275 yard hole.

The golf greens of themselves are very beautiful. That's why we're so attracted to them. This picture-- I enjoyed. A person once told me to find the drama in a picture. I think this displayed it here. Can you give me an insight into having a quick "eye" for photography?

A quick eye? I don't think I have that. But I have learned to look at the sky and if there is enough contrast on a cloudy day or storm clouds, you'll get some great emootion from mother nature, I've always loved this view, and with the stormy looking clouds, I knew it would look very nice. This is also a great shot during fall, but I got there to late and sun dissapeared.

But I did find this shot during fall when colors haven't peeked yet. You just can't lose with this view in my mind. Big fat puffy clouds would have helped though.

Thanks. I now know what to look for at least in the sky and other future photography.
