Adobe Lightroom 4 Develop panel has changed a bit with the inclusion of the new 2012 process.  There are a couple of tricks to showing the panel as well as editing with the new sliders.  Having the new Highlights, Shadows, Whites & Blacks sliders will definitely make our lives a bit easier, at least after we get used to them...Check out the video!
